Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Price ­ Lee): INSTRUCT the City Engineer to report to Council with recommendations to temporarily close the alleys adjacent to 1174 East 42nd Place (south of 42nd Place and north of 43rd Street between William Way and Hooper Avenue) and 149 West 61st Street (south of 60th Street and north of 61st Street between Broadway and Main Street), pursuant to CVC Section 21101.4. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
