(4) 24­0637 MOTION (HERNANDEZ ­ BLUMENFIELD) relative to the transfer of funds within Cultural Affairs Fund No. 100/30 to align with the Department of Cultural Affairs’ (DCA) current expenditure patterns, and to meet the current year­end projection of expenditures. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER $200,000 within the Cultural Affairs Fund No. 100/30 from Account No. 001010 (Salaries ­ General) to Account No. 001070 (Salaries As Needed) to align with DCA’s current expenditure patterns, and to meet the current year­end projection of expenditures.
