Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0705 (CD5 Community Services), to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1070 (Salaries ­ As Needed), for services in connection with the CD 5 special recognition of Overdose Awareness Day at City Hall on August 31, 2024, including the illumination of City Hall.
