(9) 23­0281 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to improvements to the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) tenant selection. Recommendations for Council action: 1. NOTE and FILE the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority report dated March 12, 2024 relative to improvements to the CES and PSH tenant selection. 2. REQUEST the Chief Legislative Analyst to report to Council in 30 days with the CES method that is being used for all homeless housing units being constructed in the City, and what specific geographic area and neighborhoods each of those projects are pulling from for leasing up their buildings.
