Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 1269 titled “An Ordinance of the City\nCouncil of the City of Brea Amending the Brea City Code by Adopting Zoning Ordinance Text\nAmendment No. ZOTA 2025-03 (Omnibus Code Update)"; and\n— 2. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemption Determination; and\n— 3. Schedule adoption of aforementioned Ordinance at the next regular City Council meeting.
