9.\nAcquisition and Installation of Automatic License Plate Reader Cameras\nRecommendation:\nThat Your Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the purchase of 16 fixed license plate reader cameras in the amount of\n$177,868.60 from Vigilant Solutions, LLC;\n(2) Approve the Enterprise Services Agreement (ESA) for the Automatic License Plate\nReader (ALPR) program services for one year;\n(3) Approve a Construction Agreement in an amount not to exceed $23,920.00 with\nYunex, LLC for the installation of said 16 cameras; and\n(4) Authorize the City Manager to execute said ESA and Construction Agreement and any\ntransactional related documents to effectuate this transaction.
