Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. DIRECT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to transfer $2,000,000 from the Unappropriated Balance Fund No. 100/58, Reserve for Mid­Year Adjustments line item to the Civil, Human Rights and Equity Department, Fund No. 100/15, Account No. 003040, for a grant program to support non­profit community security services, including support for non­profit religious institutions of all denominations to implement community safety enhancements as described in Substitute Motion (Yaroslavsky – Blumenfield – Lee – Park), attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the CAO to make any necessary corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically, or by any other means.
