(12) 20­1372­S3 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD ­ HUTT) relative to approving a Street Banner program for the period of November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025, to encourage neighborhood stakeholders, residents and employees to patronize shops and restaurants in the Tarzana Safari Walk, a Business Improvement District in Council District 3. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, a Street Banner program being coordinated by the Tarzana Improvement Association, as a City of Los Angeles Non­ Event Street Banner Program for the period of November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025. Improvement District in Council District 3. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, a Street Banner program being coordinated by the Tarzana Improvement Association, as a City of Los Angeles Non­ Event Street Banner Program for the period of November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025. 2.
