(15) 24­0873 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN ­ SOTO­MARTINEZ) relative to a personal services Wednesday - August contract with Indigov 7, 2024 - to provide website services Corporation PAGEfor 13the Fourth Council District, for the term of August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, with a not­ appropriate an additional $400,000 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to the Board of Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services), for supplemental community beautification services, to be coordinated by the Office of Community Beautification, in CD 10. (15) 24­0873 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN ­ SOTO­MARTINEZ) relative to a personal services contract with Indigov Corporation to provide website services for the Fourth Council District, for the term of August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, with a not­ to­exceed amount of $43,315. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE the personal services contract with Indigov Corporation, attached to the Motion, for providing services to the Fourth Council District as set forth therein. 2. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember, Fourth District, to execute this contract on behalf of the City. 3. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2024­​2025, and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
