(16) 19­1190­S1 CD 1 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HERNANDEZ – LEE) relative to the issuance of a revocable permit for property located at 1206 South Alvarado Street. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to issue a revocable permit to Josh Choi, the property owner at 1206 South Alvarado Street, subject to satisfaction of the conditions for issuing such permit, to close, fence, occupy, demolish, excavate, and construct in the public right­of­way of a portion of the easterly side of Alvarado Street southerly of 12th Street prior to finalizing and recording the street vacation (VAC ­ E1401372) of a portion of this street.
