(18) 24­0522 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Justin Cabrera v. Enrique Oseguera Ceja, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV41756. (This matter arises from an automobile accident which occurred on March 26, 2021, on the 110 Freeway approaching Gage Avenue.)
