(21) 23­0773 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the cases entitled Edward Clay v. City of Los Angeles, et al. (Consolidated) and Charlette Lawrence v. City of Los Angeles, et al. (Lead), Los Angeles Superior Court Case Nos. 21STCV06277 (Consolidated) and 21STCV04242 (Lead). (This matter arises from a traffic accident that occurred on March 31, 2020, at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Hyde Park Avenue, in Los Angeles, California.)
