(11) 24­0890 PERSONNEL, AUDITS, AND HIRING COMMITTEE REPORT relative to transitioning sworn and civilian hiring from the Personnel Department to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker – Lee – Blumenfield): INSTRUCT the Personnel Department and the LAPD to report to Council with a framework and analysis for transitioning sworn and civilian hiring from the Personnel Department to the LAPD. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
