ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT RENEWAL FOR CROSSING\nGUARD SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$193,017.60\nThe City has had a Professional Services Agreement with All City Management\nServices (ACMS), Incorporated for school crossing guard services since 2014.\nThe San Gabriel Police Department seeks City Council approval to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with ACMS for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Crossing\nguard services are currently budgeted in the Police Department’s Contractual\nServices Account No. 121-751-00-22-000 in the amount of $200,000 for Fiscal\nYear 2025-2026. The Fiscal Impact for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 would be $193,018,\nan increase of $5,473.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto a one-year Professional Services agreement with All City Management\nServices for crossing guard services for an amount not to exceed $193,018 and\nthen reevaluate their services and other opportunities for services in Fiscal Year\n2026-2027.
