City of Los Angeles, et al., Claim No. C22­01617. (This matter arises from the June 30, 2021, incident in which the Los Angeles Police Department Bomb Squad detonated explosive material.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on August 14, 2024.) City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV31933. (This matter arises from a March 2019 incident wherein Plaintiff returned to work from disability leave, and claims that the Los Angeles Police Department engaged in continuing discriminatory and retaliatory conduct.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on August 14, 2024.)
