(5) 24­0921 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY relative to a proposed Legal Services Agreement with Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP to provide legal services related to Human Resources advice and litigation. The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(3), to discuss the need for outside counsel to assist with Human Resources related advice and litigation.
