(2) 18­0515­S1 CD 8 MOTION (HARRIS­DAWSON ­ BLUMENFIELD) and RESOLUTION relative to the issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,950,000 to finance the new construction of the 33­ unit multifamily housing development known as Western Avenue Apartments (Project) located at 5501 South Western Avenue in Council District (CD) 8. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on June 7, 2024 for the Project, attached to the Motion. 2. ADOPT the TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to the Motion, approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $$6,950,000 for the new construction of a 33­unit multifamily housing Project located at 5501 South Western Avenue in CD 8.
