(8) 22­0239­S1 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD ­ LEE) relative to funding for supplemental traffic safety measures provided by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) in Council District Three (CD 3). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $100,000 from the CD 3 portion of the "Neighborhood Service Enhancements" line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, to the LAPD Fund No. 100/70, Account No. 001092 (Sworn Overtime), for supplemental traffic safety measures in CD 3. 2. AUTHORIZE the LAPD to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
