AMENDMENTS TO ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE BON\nVIEW PARK SPORTING FIELD PROJECT AND AWARD OF A DESIGN-BUILD AGREEMENT AND\nA CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY\nHALL PARKING STRUCTURE PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 9 to the on-call\nProject Management Services Agreement (on file in the Records Management\nDepartment) with Transtech Engineers, Inc. of Chino, California, to provide project\nmanagement services and environmental assessment for the Bon View Park Sporting\nField Project in an amount not to exceed $17,076;\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 10 to the on-call\nProject Management Services Agreement (on file in the Records Management\nDepartment) with Transtech Engineers, Inc., of Chino, California, for construction\nmanagement support for the construction of the City Hall Parking Structure Project in an\namount not to exceed $1,994,875;\nC. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a Design-Build Agreement with\nMcCarthy Building Companies, Inc., of Newport Beach, California, to provide design-build\nconstruction services for the City Hall Parking Structure Project in the amount of\n$27,279,143 with a contingency of $2,700,000 for a total contract value of\n$29,979,143; and\nD. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project including, but not limited to agreements, assessments,\neasements, lot line adjustments, reduction of retention accounts, contracts and contract\namendments within the authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the\nconclusion of all construction related activities.
