10.\nInitiative No. 21-0042A1 – The Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Act\nRecommendation:\nThat Your Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-022, opposing Initiative No. 21-0042A1, the Taxpayer\nProtection and Government Accountability Act;\n(2) Authorize the execution of the letter to the League of California Cities formally\nopposing the Initiative by the City Manager; and\n(3) Authorize copies of the executed Resolution No. 23-022 and opposition letter to the\nLeague of California Cities.
