8. Authorize Additional Work and Approve a Contract Change Order for\nStance Construction Company to Install Sewer House Connections and\nAbandon Septic Tanks as Part of the Work for the Calino Avenue\nImprovements Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council: Authorize the additional work and\napprove the proposal from Stance Construction Company in the amount\nof $92,950.00 to connect 12 homes to new sewer infrastructure including\nlateral connections, septic tank abandonments, clean-out and appurtenant\nwork; and, Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute a contract\nchange order for the additional work; and, Authorize the Director of\nFinance to appropriate $92,950.00 from Fund No. 275 and to make the\nnecessary budget adjustments.\nSTAFF REPORT
