Approval of Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) Collectible\nWork Authorization for the Abandonment of Gas Mains at the Susan\nRubio Zocalo Park and Civic Plaza\nIt is recommended that the City Council: Approve the CWA for SoCalGas\nin the amount of $87,229.56 for the abandonment of gas infrastructure;\nand Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the CWA\nagreement and to process the necessary documents and payment\nrequest from the approved construction budget contingency; and,\nAuthorize the Director of Finance to appropriate the funding and make the\nnecessary budget adjustments.\nSTAFF REPORT
