9. Approval of Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) Collectible Work Authorization for the Abandonment of Gas Mains at the Susan Rubio Zocalo Park and Civic Plaza It is recommended that the City Council: Approve the CWA for SoCalGas in the amount of $87,229.56 for the abandonment of gas infrastructure; and Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the CWA agreement and to process the necessary documents and payment request from the approved construction budget contingency; and, Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate the funding and make the necessary budget adjustments.
