6.\nApproval of Final Tract Map No. 20560\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve Final Tract Map No. 20560;\n(2) Approve the Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the subdividers, Bear\nValley Development Company, LLC and Bear Valley Road and 2nd Avenue, LLC, and the\nCity; and\n(3) Accept bonds and cash as security for the public improvements from the subdividers.
