4.\nReduction of Securities for Tract Map No. 15598\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve an 80-percent release of the Faithful Performance Water, Sewer, Drainage,\nand LMAD securities;\n(2) Accept the water, sewer, drainage, and LMAD public improvements; and\n(3) Approve a 60-percent release of the Faithful Performance Streets securities.
