COLLINS, P.\nTICUN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the Notice of\nCompletion for CIP 57-02, Homekey Phase 2 Restoration of Existing\nHolloway Motel by PCN3, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATION: Accept the work and authorize the following: a)\nFile the Notice of Completion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles\nRecorder’s Office; b) Issue the final payment to the contractor at the end\nof the 35-day lien period; c) Release of the Performance Bond on the date\nof recordation of the Notice of Completion; and d) Release of the Payment\nBond 35 days after the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion,\npending no receipt of Stop Notices from material suppliers or\nsubcontractors.
