HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Construction Agreement with PCL Construction Services, Inc. to\nincrease the project contingency amount from 20% to 25% for the 8305\nSanta Monica Boulevard Build-Out Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nConstruction Agreement with PCL Construction Services, Inc. to increase\nthe project contingency amount for the 8305 Santa Monica Boulevard\nBuild-Out Project from 20%, which is $346,468, to 25% by authorizing an\nadditional $86,618 for an updated total project contingency amount not to\nexceed $433,086 and a new total contract amount not-to-exceed\n$2,165,430; 2) Authorize the Facilities and Field Services Division\nManager to approve Change Orders to the Agreement; 3) Authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents incident to the\nAgreement; and 4) Authorize the Director of Finance & Technology\nServices to transfer $86,618 in budget from savings in CIP 57-02\nHolloway Motel to CIP 40-03 8301 Santa Monica Boulevard.

TICUN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing staff to negotiate a\nPublic-Private Partnership Agreement with IKE Smart City, LLC for the\ndeployment, operation, and maintenance of curbside electric vehicle\ncharging stations and interactive kiosks throughout West Hollywood, and\nthe final agreement will be brought back to the City Council for approval\nonce negotiations are complete. The City\nCouncil will also consider approving various items related to production\nand programming elements for WeHo Pride 2026.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive a post-event report regarding WeHo\nPride 2025 and provide feedback related to the event; 2) Approve WeHo\nPride 2026 from Friday, June 5, 2026, to Sunday, June 7, 2026, with the\ncore programming elements, to include: Friday Night at OUTLOUD, the\nWeHo Pride Street Fair, OUTLOUD Music Festival, Women’s Freedom\nFestival and Dyke March, and the WeHo Pride Parade; and 3) Approve a\nrevision to the Community Group Program that prioritizes highlighting two\nunderserved populations within the LGBTQ+ Pride community: (1) the\nsober community, and (2) a rotating community or theme selected\nannually.
