ALKIRE, F. CONTRERAS, T.\nFARRIS, P. PORTWOOD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an Agreement for\nProfessional Services with Dudek to provide environmental analysis of the\nCity’s proposed update to the Open Space (Parks and Recreation)\nElement of the City’s General Plan 2035, pursuant to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines as required by State law.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Professional\nServices with Dudek in an amount not-to-exceed $83,027 and a June 30,\n2026 expiration date; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nsign and execute all documents related to this Agreement.
