BORTFELD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an agreement with\nLVR International to provide consulting services for the support and\nmaintenance of the City Hall Automated Parking Garage.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Approve a five-year Agreement for\nProfessional Services with LVR International to provide consulting\nservices in an amount not to exceed $120,000; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
