(19)\n25-1046\nCONSIDERATION\nOF\nRESOLUTION\n(YAROSLAVSKY\n–\nBLUMENFIELD) relative to the United States Environmental\nProtection Agency’s (EPA) proposed rescission of the 2009\nEndangerment Finding regarding greenhouse gases (GHG).\nRecommendations for Council action, pursuant to Resolution\n(Yaroslavsky\n–\nBlumenfield),\nSUBJECT\nTO\nTHE\nCONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR:\n1. DECLARE OPPOSITION to the EPA’s proposal to rescind the\nEndangerment Finding, and its proposal to remove GHG\nregulations for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty on-highway\nvehicles.\n2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to express the\nCity’s position to EPA so that it may be considered as part of\nEPA’s rulemaking process.
