10) CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT FOR THEIR 2025 COMPETITIVE GRANT\nCYCLE\nRecommend that the City Council find the following by 4/5 vote:\na. Authorize the submittal of a grant application to the Los Angeles County Regional Park and\nOpen Space District in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for their 2025 competitive grant\ncycle for use towards Las Palmas Park Revitalization Project – Phase II and Recreation Park\nRoof Replacement & HVAC Upgrade; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS
