Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Asociación de Jaliscienses Unidos en\nAcción (Contract No. 2434) to provide Mexican consular services and community resources;\nand\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement.
