6)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH ALZHEIMER’S\nLOS ANGELES TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND RESOURCES RELATED TO ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE\nAND OTHER DEMENTIAS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Alzheimer’s Los Angeles (Contract No.\n2422) to provide education and resources related to Alzheimer’s Disease and other\ndementias; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement.
