9)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH ACORN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FOR IT MANAGED SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Acorn Technology\nServices (Contract No. 2301(a)) to increase project-based compensation by $65,091; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe amendment and all related documents.
