K.\nConsider a Professional Services Agreement with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin,\nMetz & Associates (FM3) to conduct citywide Community Needs Surveys.\n(Pujadas/Jun)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement (PSA) with\nFM3 to conduct up to two citywide Community Needs Surveys for a not-toexceed amount of $60,000 over a two-year term; 2) Authorize the Mayor and\nCity Clerk to execute the PSA, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and, 3)\nApprove a budget appropriation of $60,000 from the General Fund, NonDepartment Program.\nAgenda Report
