6)\nCONSIDERATION OF RENEWAL OF VERDUGO FIRE COMMUNICATIONS DISPATCH\nSERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITIES OF BURBANK, GLENDALE, AND\nPASADENA AND THE CITY OF WEST COVINA\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the exercise of the one-year renewal option to extend the term of the Verdugo\nFire Communications Dispatch Service Agreement between the Cities of Burbank,\nGlendale, and Pasadena and the City of West Covina for one additional year, through\nFebruary 15, 2027.\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate any documents necessary to\nmemorialize the exercise of the renewal option in such form as approved by the City\nAttorney.\n3. Approve the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-74 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2026\n(VERDUGO FIRE COMMUNICATIONS DISPATCH SERVICES)
