D.\nConsider a professional service agreement with Black & Veatch for Project\nand Grant Management services related to the Greater Portuguese Bend\nLandslide Complex Voluntary Property Buyout Program. (Garrett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with\nBlack & Veatch in the amount of $338,541, for a term of four years, for Federal\nEmergency Management Agency (FEMA) Project and Grant management\nservices related to the Greater Portuguese Bend Landslide Complex Voluntary\nProperty Buyout Program; 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute\nthe PSA, in form approved by the City Attorney; and, 3) Approve an additional\nappropriation of $338,600 in Fund 331, Federal Grant (Expenditure and\nRevenue), which will be reimbursed by the grant program.\nAgenda Report
