4.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DANKEN, INC. FOR\nON-CALL STRUCTURAL INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Danken, Inc., of Ladera Ranch, California, for oncall structural inspection and construction management services in the amount of $500,000\nfor a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $2,100,000 and exercise the two additional oneyear terms.
