3.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH 4LEAF, INC. FOR\nON-CALL STRUCTURAL PLAN CHECKING SERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement with 4Leaf, Inc., of Newport Beach, California, for oncall structural plan checking services, in the amount of $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $400,000 and exercising the two additional one-year terms.
