AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE INCENTIVES\nFOR ZERO-EMISSION COMMERCIAL VEHICLES (ENERGIIZE) PROJECT AND THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC\nVEHICLE CHARGING EQUIPMENT, CIP PROJECT NO. 4747 – 1) Adoption a resolution authorizing the\nCity Manager or designee to execute the CALSTART Terms and Conditions for the Energy Infrastructure\nIncentives for Zero Emission, or EnergIIZE, Commercial Vehicles Project and sign all other documents\nas necessary for regulatory compliance, to extend funding opportunities, and to otherwise execute\nand implement the grant agreement; and\n2) Adoption of a resolution authorizing the purchase of electric vehicle charging equipment from\nChargePoint, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $922,598.94.
