D.\nAmendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Sagecrest\nPlanning and Environmental, Inc. - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7699: 1. Approving Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for\ncontinued temporary staffing services with Sagecrest Planning and\nEnvironmental authorizing a four-month term extension through and including\nJune 30, 2026, and an increase in compensation of $209,000 for a revised\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $250,000 for the term; and, 2. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to execute Amendment 1 on behalf of the City.
