5.\nALLEY DEDICATION: 2117 El PASEO – F2M25-8, M2M25-148, D2M25-2037\nStaff requests that the City Council accept an alley dedication for the project located at\n2117 El Paseo. As part of the approval for the project located at the aforementioned\naddress, a 2.5-foot dedication of property adjacent to the existing alley was required. This\nrequirement aimed at insuring public safety access by increasing alley widths to the\nstandard 20-foot width minimum. The sketch and legal description have been completed\nand been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M25-148 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M25-2037) from Tommy Sixian\nChen granting to the City of Alhambra an easement for public streets and\nhighways and public utility purposes and appurtenant facilities the real property\nin the City of Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more\nparticularly described as follows:\nA portion of Lot 116 of Granada Place, in the City of Alhambra,\nCounty of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map recorded\nin Book 11, Page 157 of Maps, in the Office of the County\nRecorder of said County. Said portion being more particularly\ndescribed as follows: The westerly 2.50 feet of southerly 53.50\nfeet of said Lot 116.\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
