13.\nAWARD CONTRACT: PURCHASE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT – F2M25-6B, C2M2546, M2M25-153\nAs part of the City’s ongoing efforts to upgrade and modernize computer equipment for\nstaff, the City is pursuing the purchase of new computer equipment, peripherals, and\nrelated services through a cooperative purchasing agreement. This purchase will replace\noutdated desktop systems citywide and equipment that has reached end of life.\nCooperative purchase is allowable per Alhambra Municipal Code 3.36.080(B)(3). The\nJune 30, 2026, and satisfies the competitive bidding requirements outlined in the City’s\npurchasing ordinance.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, to Dell Marketing LLP for the purchase\nof computer equipment in the amount of $247,407.38; and, direct staff to undertake the\nsteps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
