10.11 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Contract Services\nAgreement with PLS Productions for Stage and Sound\nProduction Services for Citywide Events\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil, by motion, adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the\nCity Manager to execute a Contract Services Agreement with PLS\nProductions for stage and sound production services for citywide\nevents.\nCONCLUSION: Recreation and Community Services staff released an\nRFP for Stage and Sound Production Services for citywide special\nevents. PLS Productions responded to the RFP and demonstrated\ntheir ability to successfully provide the City with these services at a\nreasonable cost. Staff recommends awarding a Contract Services\nAgreement to PLS Productions.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The Contract Services Agreement with PLS\nProduction will be paid for out of the City’s general fund budget. The\nannual not to exceed amount will be $65,000 for a potential aggregate\nnot-to-exceed amount of $325,000, which would account for the 3\nyear term and the optional 2, 1-year extensions.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2025-102\nExhibit 2 – Agreement with exhibits
