10.5\nConsideration of Resolution Approving Final Parcel Map No.\n84125 for the Subdivision of One Parcel into Three Residential\nCondominium Parcels at 5822 Gotham Street ( File No. 2023017)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution approving Final Parcel Map\nNo. 84125 to record the Final Map for the subdivision of one parcel\ninto three (3) residential condominium parcels on a 11,420 Square\nFeet (SF) lot located at 5822 Gotham Street, Bell Gardens, CA, and\nthereby authorize the City Clerk and the City Engineer to prepare the\ncertificate on the map showing the City’s approval and authorization\nto record said map.\nCONCLUSION: It is recommended that the City Council adopt the\nattached Resolution approving the recording of Final Parcel Map No.\n84125 involving the subdivision of the subject property for proposed\nresidential condominiums at 5822 Gotham Street and authorize the\nCity Clerk and the City Engineer to prepare the certificate on the map\nshowing the City’s approval of said map and cause for recordation.\nFISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impacts.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution No. 2025-99\nExhibit 2 – Final Parcel Map No. 84125\nExhibit 3 – Tentative Parcel Map No. 84125\nExhibit 4 - October 18, 2023, Planning Commission Staff Report for\nTPM No. 84125\nExhibit 5 – Planning Commission Resolution No. 2023-010
