7.\nApprove an agreement with California Forensic Phlebotomy, Inc., in a cumulative amount not to\nexceed $500,000 including taxes, to perform forensic phlebotomy services for a one year period\nwith four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Chief of Police, or designee, to execute\nany cost neutral amendments or renewal options under the terms and conditions of the\nagreement.
