3.4 CONTRACT AWARD FOR A NEW ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT\nSOLUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES\nACTION:\n1) Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with KloudGin,\nfor Enterprise Asset Management software subscription licensing and\nimplementation services and contingency for a ten-year period not to exceed\n$5,153,548.\n2) Approve the appropriation and transfer of $1,090,335 for Fiscal Year 202526 and $1,277,514 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 from the Asset Management Plan\n(Fund 002) to the Strategic Technology Plan (Fund 579) for Enterprise Asset\nManagement software subscription, support, and contingency.\n3) Delegate authority to the City Manager to approve and effectuate any\nnecessary amendments and change orders.\n3.4
