LAND USE LICENSE AGREEMENT RENEWAL WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR THE\nRIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN EL MONTE DRIVE AND VALLEY VIEW STREET (PARKS, RECREATION, AND\nCOMMUNITY GARDENS)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a five-year license agreement renewal with Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) for use of its right-of-way between El Monte Drive and Valley View\nStreet for parks and/or recreation space and the community gardens, in the amount of\n$41,980.55; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, nonmonetary changes to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement.
