5. Approve the amendment of the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Budget to\nappropriate $30,000 in the Financial System Fund toward the first-year\nbudget software implementation, subscription and related support costs.\nAgreement No. _______\n5.\nAmendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 20-1971 with 3di, Inc. for Maintenance,\nOperations, and Support of 3Di Engage Platform Modules (Virtual City Hall,\nNextgen 311, Code Enforcement, and Bill Payment).\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 201971 with 3Di, Inc. for the maintenance, operations and support of 3Di\nEngage platform modules (Virtual City Hall, NextGen 311, Code\nEnforcement and Bill Payment) in a total contract amount not-to-exceed\n$300,000 in the next five (5) years, to cover the Agreement extension period\nfrom October 12, 2025, to October 12, 2030;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders in an\namount not-to-exceed 15% of the total agreement amount, as needed for\nunforeseen services; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgreement No. 20-1971-1
