(25)\n16-1104-S2\nSECOND CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON –\nSOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to amending Rule 7 of the Rules of the\nLos Angeles City Council to increase the consequences of an initial\nCouncil and Committee meeting disruption.\nRecommendation for Council action:\nAMEND, in light of the Council findings of October 9, 2018 noted in\nthe Motion, and pursuant to Rule 77, the first paragraph of Rule 7 of\nthe Rules of the Los Angeles City Council, with the remainder of Rule\n7 to remain unchanged, as indicated below:\nDisruptions\nA member of the public who disrupts and is ordered removed\nfrom a Council meeting or a Committee meeting shall be\nexcluded from the remainder of that meeting and excluded\nfrom attending all Council and Committee meetings for the\nremainder of that day and for the following business day.
